What Roots Landscaping does
The company takes a lot the builder left rough graded and finishes it as a yard: planning to the HOA guidelines, grading and drainage, a zoned sprinkler system and drip, sod, planting, concrete curbing, rock and mulch beds, patios and walkways, retaining walls and landscape lighting. One crew runs it from the site walk to the final sprinkler test.
It does not mow, fertilize, maintain or repair existing yards, and it does not sell prep only packages. New construction installs are the whole business.
